Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions bought through the Ordermaxx web quiz at quiz.ordermaxx.co: the 1 Year plan (USD 29.99, paid in full) and the 1 Month plan (USD 10). Purchases made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple, not us. See our Terms for how those work.

30-day money-back guarantee

If Ordermaxx isn't for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. This applies to both the 1 Year plan (USD 29.99) and the 1 Month plan (USD 10).

If your plan renews and you decide you want a refund of the renewal charge, the same 30-day window applies, counted from the date of that renewal.

How to request a refund

Email support@ordermaxx.co from the email address you paid with, and include any order or receipt details you have. We will confirm your request and let you know it is being processed. There is no phone call and no hoops.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancelling vs refunding

Cancelling stops future renewals and is separate from a refund. To cancel, email support@ordermaxx.co. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current paid period.
